Our work in Eden Prairie

If you've been searching for junk removal in Eden Prairie, you already know what you want: someone to show up, haul it all out, and leave you with a clean garage or backyard without a lot of back-and-forth. Junk Genius has been doing exactly that across the Twin Cities for about 15 years, and our crew carries 4.9 stars across 1,987 Google reviews to prove it. Call (612) 444-5865 today and we'll get you on the schedule as early as this week.

Eden Prairie homeowners deal with a specific kind of accumulation. The finished basements, the three-car garages, the sheds out back that were supposed to hold lawn equipment but somehow became the final resting place for two treadmills and a box spring. We know the neighborhood, we're about 20 minutes up 169 from Eden Prairie, and we run jobs out there regularly. Whether you're clearing out before a sale near Flying Cloud Drive, cleaning up after a long winter in the Preserve, or finally dealing with the storage room that nobody talks about, our team will handle it with zero pressure and straight-up pricing.

What We Haul

From a Single Couch to a Full Eden Prairie Cleanout

One call covers everything from furniture and appliances to yard debris and garage overload.

Most Eden Prairie jobs fall into one of two categories: a single large item that nobody wants to deal with, or an entire space that's gotten away from you over time. We handle both without blinking. Got an old sectional that won't fit through the door? We've done it a hundred times. Inherited a property near Round Lake and need the whole interior cleared before the estate sale? That's a full-day job and we schedule those too. We take mattresses, appliances, electronics, furniture, yard waste, construction debris, carpeting, and hot tubs. We don't haul hazardous materials, paint, or certain chemicals, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Everything else is fair game.

Garage Cleanouts

Eden Prairie garages are famous for absorbing decades of gear. We clear them out completely, including the old fridge in the corner and the bikes nobody's ridden since 2011.

Furniture Removal

Sofas, recliners, sectionals, bed frames. We haul bulky furniture out of finished basements and upstairs bedrooms without scratching walls or wasting your afternoon.

Appliance Pickup

Washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves. We handle refrigerator removal and recycling responsibly and can take multiple appliances in one trip.

Hoarding Cleanouts

Some jobs need a discreet, non-judgmental crew that works methodically and treats the situation with respect. That's exactly what we bring. We've handled hoarding cleanouts across the metro for years.

How did the pricing compare to other companies?

I had a few places come do estimates, and Junk Genius was definitely the most reasonable. They were also able to switch our day/time when we had something coming up. Big shout out to Lester and Isaiah! They were friendly, respectful of the space, and incredibly efficient!, Diane Hansmeier

Was communication easy throughout the job?

Fast and very good communication. Cleaned out some debris I have been looking at for months. Well worth the price for getting it gone quickly. Saved me a day of doing it myself. Thank you!, Dusty Kemmis

Did they handle a full property cleanout well?

Sosa and Diego did an incredible job on my garage. I had bought a house and the seller had left all sorts of junk in the garage including an old fridge and many mattresses. They were able to work with me to get it done fast and affordably. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future work. Riley Jay

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can Junk Genius schedule a pickup in Eden Prairie?

Most Eden Prairie jobs get scheduled within the same week, and same-day pickups are possible depending on crew availability. Call (612) 444-5865 in the morning and we can often give you a same-day window. We run jobs in the southwest metro regularly, so Eden Prairie isn't a long stretch for the crew from our Minneapolis base.

What areas of Eden Prairie do you serve?

We cover all of Eden Prairie, from the neighborhoods near Flying Cloud Drive and the Eden Prairie Center area to the quieter residential streets around Purgatory Creek and Round Lake. We also serve the surrounding southwest suburbs including Minnetonka, Edina, Bloomington, Chaska, and Hopkins in the same trip if needed. Geography isn't a barrier.

How much does junk removal cost in Eden Prairie?

Pricing depends entirely on volume and what's being removed. A single large item like a sofa or refrigerator is a very different job from a full garage cleanout with furniture, appliances, and years of accumulated debris. We don't list prices on the site because a number without context creates wrong expectations. Every job is different. Contact Junk Genius - Minneapolis at (612) 444-5865 for an accurate estimate.

Do you recycle or donate items picked up in Eden Prairie?

Yes, and it's something we take seriously. We donate and recycle as much as we can whenever possible. Furniture in decent shape gets donated. Appliances and electronics go through proper recycling channels. If you've been holding onto something because getting rid of it felt wasteful, that's a real reason to call us instead of a generic hauler.

Can you handle a full estate or house cleanout near Eden Prairie?

Full estate cleanouts are a significant part of what we do. We've cleared out inherited properties, homes being prepped for sale, and long-occupied houses where decades of belongings need to be sorted and hauled. These jobs take more time and planning than a single-item pickup, and we schedule them accordingly. Call (612) 444-5865 to describe the scope and we'll tell you what a realistic timeline and quote looks like.

Are you open on weekends for Eden Prairie pickups?

Yes. We're available Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If the weekend works better for your schedule, book a Saturday or Sunday appointment. A lot of Eden Prairie homeowners use the weekend to tackle garage or basement projects, and we're ready to be there when the work starts piling up at the curb.
