Question 1

How do you price junk removal?

Accepted Answer

When we arrive, we look at everything that needs to go and give you an on-site price based primarily on how much material we actually take away. If you like the price, we do the job. No complicated guessing about truck space or trips.

Question 2

Do I need to move my items to the curb?

Accepted Answer

No. We do the lifting and loading, and items can be anywhere on your property. For 20% off regular pricing, place items outside, on the same level and within 10 feet of our truck. Use code 5280.

Question 3

Can you pick up today?

Accepted Answer

Same-day pickup is available when the schedule allows. Call us to check availability.

Question 4

Do you donate and recycle?

Accepted Answer

We don't look at everything as garbage. When items are still usable, we try to donate or recycle as much as we can. We can't promise that every item will be donated or recycled, but we make the effort whenever possible.
